Terms of Service for TestFlock

Welcome to TestFlock ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using our mobile application and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Platform Purpose & Closed Testing

TestFlock is a developer peer-exchange community designed to facilitate mutual closed testing compliance under Google Play policies (12 verified testers for 14 continuous days). Users join testing squads to test other developers' apps and receive genuine feedback and check-ins for their own apps.

2. Community Code & Anti-Abuse Policies

• Authentic Participation: Users must participate genuinely as active testers. Automated bots, scripted check-ins, or multi-account manipulation are strictly prohibited and will lead to immediate account termination.
• Organic Testing Policy: TestFlock does not offer monetary compensation or paid reviews. Testing credits are utility tokens within the platform earned organically through reciprocal testing.
• Private In-App Feedback: All bug reports, testing session notes, and crash observations must be submitted via TestFlock squad channels, never as public app store reviews.

3. User Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Account & Data Deletion

In compliance with Google Play Developer Policies, you may delete your account and all associated personal and app listing data at any time directly through the TestFlock app via Profile > Account & Data Deletion.

5. Limitation of Liability

TestFlock is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee Google Play store approval, as final publishing decisions are solely at Google's discretion.
